Use IPython MCP for every Python operation, including tests and environment management. Use uv; no pip or npx. Prefer gh MCP for GitHub. Keep commits focused and small. Review 80 prior relevant commit/PR names before naming commits. Default to 200 character lines; comment on surprising invariants. Never execute repaired source: preview and execution have different contracts. Do not publish packages or push without a concrete authorized destination.
