Ignore powermarks in between words when searching for multi-word phrases

Example: when searching for the phrase "La Belle Noiseuse", this tossup doesn't come up because the (standard) powermark is in between "Belle" and "Noiseuse."

I remember reading that there is already some processing in the backend to accommodate such cases with powermarks, and this might be an edge case somehow, but I could be wrong.

unfortunately this is a known deficiency and would require some nontrivial database work to fix. however i do think it's worth fixing eventually
