please do a release

The current release doesn't include the [incredible speedups](https://github.com/rabite0/hunter/issues/25) you managed to do.
I'm working on [getting it into NixOS](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/99898) and I hope the fast version will be there soon.
