Bump webDisplayTools: generation-aware brightness/duty control (fix G4/G4.1)

Advances webDisplayTools to f5a5ec4: the Pattern Editor Brightness control is now
G6-only. G4/G4.1/G3 bake the legacy stretch byte (1) instead of a 0-255 brightness
(which overflowed the G4 command byte), and the Brightness bar is hidden for
non-G6 arenas.
