[feature] for scheduled task, we shall allow user to specify which mode the task shall be running

Currently it could fail on specific mode like plan mode. If a mode is specified, we shall make sure the code switches to that mode first, and then execute the task in that mode.

We shall also build built-in tasks like selecting the options in the plan mode.
