Summary
i was trying to build rust9x following the instructions provided in the docs, inside a vs developer command prompt (vs 2022), and the build is failing
Command used
python x.py build --config bootstrap.rust9x.toml --stage 1
Expected behaviour
rust9x compiles successfully
Actual behaviour
the build fails for rust_driver_impl, with a lot of errors mentioning unresolved external symbols
