Use of deprecated in1d is no longer supported in numpy

Three files are affected by this deprecation:

• scale_load.py
• t_scale_load.py
• t_total_load.py

I was just testing a clean install of pypower v5.1.19, and I got the following:

ImportError: cannot import name 'in1d' from 'numpy' (~/.cache/uv/builds-v0/.tmpSHKTty/lib/python3.13/site-packages/numpy/__init__.py). Did you mean: 'int16'?

After downgrading numpy from the current release (2.5) to 2.2.6, the import worked correctly.
