New backend system documentation

Hi, I would like to hook up the segment plugin to my backstage project, but the documentation is (I think) for the old backend system.

Hey @noam-muallem-lendbuzz-old, if you're referencing the @segment/backstage-plugin-analytics-module-segment plugin, that is a frontend only plugin and does not implement the new frontend system currently.
