From 4a2bb90838cdd5e321f41c2b8df978ca58b95f25 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Eric Seidel Date: Mon, 21 Sep 2026 19:27:39 -0700 Subject: [PATCH 1/4] Port the Webflow changes published since the 2026-09-13 snapshot Diffed every page in ../webflow-migration/webflow-export/pages/ against the live site (Webflow last published 2026-09-15) and checked every CMS collection's item counts and timestamps via the Data API. The CMS is unchanged; the newsletter removal and the Shorebird CI deprecation copy were already in the port. What was not: - Home page Organization JSON-LD gained a PostalAddress. - The 404 page gained a "Looking for something?" line linking to the docs, pricing, console, sitemap and llms.txt. - /llms.txt is served by Webflow but was never in the export. Copied verbatim into public/, except its Terms link pointed at /term. - /sitemap.xml now 301s to /sitemap-index.xml: Webflow served the sitemap there, so Search Console, any cached robots.txt and the new 404 line all expect it.
