Update tab design

Feature request

Description

We need to update the tab bar visual design.

• block size should be 1px
• When tab is not selected
  • In hover, the text does not change color
  • In hover, border-width line becomes 2px
• When a tab is selected:
  • Typography shifts from body-lg to body-lg-bold.
  • border-width line becomes 2px
