The awesome database — Caveat: on downloading this I find it is available as XLSX (!), text (weird format, not CSV), and PDF (yes! 110 pages of tables!). Hm.

A new open (CC BY - woop) database of 30,000 rocks, drawn from 316 references. And they recorded location, uncertainty and data quality. Very impressive.
