export entropy as a table

From the standalone webapp, it would be nice to be able to export the entropy values as a tsv file.

Hi @seanrjohnson I tempoorary undid the changes, as it seemed like there was some mismatch in coloring and what was being printed or saved, need to do more debugging to see if bug is in the colors or the outputs

Do you happen to have any specific examples? I'm not seeing it in the built-in examples. My fork is diverging somewhat from the main repo now though.
