Assign `error.blame = guest` to more guest related errors

We have [a mechanism](https://github.com/spinframework/spin/blob/3e5adda418f5ef7d711def1b090439a252f6b6eb/crates/telemetry/src/traces.rs#L77-L82) in o11y spans for differentiating between guest produced and host produced errors. This mechanism should be applied more evenly across the codebase so that operators can better filter out guest produced errors.
