Fluid Compute support: pool lifecycle hooks and Vercel integration

Hey @cramforce I came across your issue about observing idle pool connections while debugging pool exhaustions with fluid compute.

Given that Postgres.js seems to have gone stale (porsager#1222), I migrated one production app to pg, but I like Postgres.js's API and wanted to keep improving it. So I started maintaining this fork, to address those issues.

I want this library to work better in serverless environments and I am gonna implement the pool lifecycle hooks needed for the Fluid Compute integration. Once that support is implemented and validated, would you update Vercel's docs to point to this fork steadybrew/postgresjs?

@cramforce I've added onidle callback option in d7e9b2d and released under 4.2.0. After an initial monitoring stage, we're now fully running it with our vercelPool adapter in one of our applications.
