`trust` doesn't persist across reboots

After running sudo phpark trust, internet works fine — but after every reboot it breaks again until I re-run sudo phpark trust.

Root cause: setupLinuxDNS() in internal/dns/resolver.go calls systemctl restart dnsmasq but never systemctl enable dnsmasq. So dnsmasq doesn't start at boot, and systemd-resolved can overwrite /etc/resolv.conf.

Fix: Add after the restart call:

exec.Command("sudo", "systemctl", "enable", "dnsmasq").Run()

Workaround: sudo systemctl enable dnsmasq after each trust.
