Not working for my sav file

Nothing happens when I insert my sav file for conversion. The file is from a game called Drive Beyond Horizons. The game allows you to customize difficulty settings, such as how quickly your vehicle rusts, how quickly it uses fuel, oil and water, etc.. but even at their lowest values, some of these are still far too quick for my liking. The file I'm wanting to convert is DBHDifficulty.sav. It would allow me to tweak these settings to my liking. I have included it here:

Thanks a lot! It did indeed work. And the file did indeed include some difficulty settings as I thought, but unfortunately, as far as I can tell, it's just the preset difficulty settings, and not the custom choices I have set. I was hoping to check some of the other files to see if maybe they had what I was looking for, but they are behaving as the DBHDifficulty.sav file did before you made the changes, meaning nothing happens when I select them. I had hoped they would work too, since they're from the same game and all. Anyways, I don't mean to just keep throwing files at you, but if you don't mind, could you take a look to see why these files aren't working with your conversion tool? I'd really appreciate it.
