Remove "home" pages in distro-specific directories

Hello,

As I've been reviewing and reading your docs closely I noticed you have 4 "home" pages that really don't provide much value:

• https://wiki.t2linux.org/distributions/fedora/home/
• https://wiki.t2linux.org/distributions/manjaro/home/ (deprecated)
• https://wiki.t2linux.org/distributions/nixos/home/
• https://wiki.t2linux.org/distributions/ubuntu/home/

I'd say that these should probably be removed and any relevant content (mention of discord channel) added to the installation guide. This would keep things just a little bit easier to navigate and less to maintain.

What do you all think?

I think we should keep them, users are more likely to actually read them if they are a separate landing page instead of scrolling past everything.
