[Feature Request]: Auto-Scroll Table of Contents to Active Section

What happens now

When scrolling through long documentation pages, the right-hand Table of Contents (TOC) updates its active state but does not automatically scroll to keep the currently active section in view.

Once you scroll far enough down the main content, the active TOC item gets hidden below the visible area of the sidebar, forcing the user to manually scroll the TOC to see their current position.

Proposed feature

As the user scrolls through the main content, the Table of Contents container should automatically scroll to ensure the currently active section remains visible (preferably centered) in the right sidebar.
