Fully support eZPlatform 3.x features

Previously requested at kaliop-uk/ezmigrationbundle#218.

This issue is used as placeholder for all things which should be fixed for v1.
Non-essential fixes are tracked in #5

In no particular order:

• fix dependency injection in cli commands
• make phpunit tests pass
• make tests work on GHA (requires a new release of the euts package)
• decide how we handle php migrations: passing the di container is not that nice any more, as most services are private...
• same for migration steps allowing to execute services methods
• support of field types: which ones to add, review or remove ? See list at https://doc.ibexa.co/en/latest/api/field_type_reference/ - Form, ImageAsset, Query are surely to add, ...
• support for new Query Criteria and Sort options (esp. for the Content Matchers)
