getCoapBinding() does not offer setPort()

The port for CoAP can only be set in the properties file, not programmatically.

Commit 898dea4 should provide the required functionality.

Sorry for breaking whitespaces with the commit (the actual change was minimal). I blame Eclipse git and will not use it again :-(
