What do you correct most? (earlier counts withdrawn)

Correction (2026-10-27). The counts I posted here earlier (6,752 sessions; 174, 63 and 31 corrections) came from an analysis whose input filter may have counted automated plugin or host text as if I had written it. I have withdrawn those numbers until they are re-checked with the stricter input filter now in the code.
