REQUEST: Incorporate insertion of 2x2chunk subway stations along highways

The 2x2 chunk subway stations need to be pasted along the highway currently. Can we get the gen to paste them in before cut-outs are done and schematics are placed? Applying road decay to the surface road would also be needed.

This has deeper impact, subways are the 'hard' border of a map. But it should be possible.
