Subject: [PATCH] Clarify Tailscale reauthenticate button location in
 documentation

Updated the Tailscale settings steps for clarity and added instructions for enabling Advanced View. The Reauthenticate button is located in the Advanced View of the Settings tab of the Tailscale plugin.
