Images with same names

Hello,
I used your code for a very long time and didn't have any problems - till today:
I have 5 folders and in every folder there's a jpg named 0.jpg but they are not the same picture - just the name is the same.
If I resize these files they are saved in the cachefolder but in the cachefolder there is only one cached 0.jpg file - is there a possibility to include a caching-mechanism for same-named files so that in the caching folder there are 5 files?

give me an idea please, a line.

largest youtube video's thumbnails are called always with the same name
"0.jpg"
differing from each other with the video id
" http://img.youtube.com/vi/C3F_IksOnF8/0.jpg "

then... what I can do to caching all remote thumbnails of some videos when the name is always equal?
