Change Mux Identifier

I am trying to handle a muxed message but I am having a hard time changing the dbcppp_SignalMultiplexerSwitchValue but nothing in my can frame does this.

The can frame I am using is as follows

	frame.data[0] = 0b00010000;
	frame.data[1] = 255;
	frame.data[2] = 255;
	frame.data[3] = 255;

	frame.data[7] = 255;

I have tried changing all bits of the first and last bytes. What do I need to do to change the multiplex value?
