homelab: tarball-install com saida em ingles (0.2.2) - #23

Todas as mensagens que o script imprime — erros de die (prefixo "error:"), progresso, aviso de icone, resumo da instalacao (app/command/menu/uninstall) e o --help — passam para o ingles, para casar com o resto do tooling que roda no topgrade. Flags, comportamento e codigos de saida nao mudam; os comentarios continuam em portugues. SCRIPT_VERSION vai a 1.5 porque a saida visivel mudou.
