Default feature set becomes iggy,encryption,cloudevents,routing; NATS is opt-in via the nats feature. Docs, feature table, provider table, and the 0.4.0 CHANGELOG migration note updated. Also bounds the chaos PAT test's raw SDK dial (5s) so a dead server skips instead of hanging a default- feature test run — found when the default set started compiling the chaos suite. Default matrix with iggy default: 332 passed / 0 failed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
