When requesting LambdaS as an output, the run aborts with the following error due to an ISSM bug:

[1] ??? Error using ==> ./classes/FemModel.cpp:2592
[1] RequestedOutputsx error message: Cannot output "LambdaS" because it is not an input

The issue is that LambdaSEnum is defined in the "other" section of EnumDefinitions.h instead of "inputs."

To fix, I moved LambdaSEnum to the "inputs" section (moved from line 3645 to 1010) in my local ISSM build, then ran
cd $ISSM_DIR/src/c/shared/Enum && ./Synchronize.sh. This updates the other files in src/c/shared/Enum, and is the recommended approach in `src/c/shared/Enum/README'.

After a rebuild of my local ISSM, the run was successful with LambdaS in the transient results.

This pull requests includes the change to EnumDefinitions.h (751574c) and all the other 6 files that were updated from running ./Synchronize.sh (c7c4351).
