What

Adds a new Agent Skills page to the docs, under the IA / AI section (next to MCP).

It documents the official ACTA Agent Skill published on skills.sh:

  • What an Agent Skill is and when to use it
  • Install commands (npx skills add ACTA-Team/skills)
  • What the skill covers (SDK, REST API, did:stellar, vaults, errors, security)
  • How skills.sh indexing works (telemetry on install, no publish step)
  • How the skill complements the docs MCP server
  • Source of truth (docs.acta.build wins on conflict)

Links:

Changes

  • New page agent-skills in en / es / fr (modules/mcp/{en,es,fr}/agent-skills.ts)
  • Registered in each locale's module index and in the ia navigation group
  • Sidebar sub-item icon (Bot) and sectionLabel mapping to the AI category
  • Regenerated bundled docs-mcp data so the page is exposed via the MCP too

Validation

Ran locally, all green:

  • npm run lint
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm run check:links
  • npm run build (all static pages generated, including the 3 new routes)

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features

    • Added an “Agent Skills” documentation page in English, Spanish, and French.
    • Added Agent Skills to the AI documentation navigation in all supported languages.
    • Added a dedicated bot icon for the Agent Skills navigation item.
    • Documentation covers installation, SDK and API usage, authentication, vaults, security, and its relationship with MCP.
  • Bug Fixes

    • Agent Skills pages now display the correct AI category label.

Warning

Review limit reached

@JosueBrenes, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 14 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

Comment @coderabbitai help to get the list of available commands.

Documents the ACTA Agent Skill published on skills.sh (ACTA-Team/skills):
what it is, install commands, what it covers, how skills.sh indexing works,
and how it complements the docs MCP server. Added in en, es, and fr, wired
into the IA navigation group with a sidebar icon, and included in the bundled
