It copied Config/Portal.xcconfig.example over the gitignored Config/Portal.xcconfig, which a fresh runner did not have. That file is now committed and deliberately empty — the base configuration reference has to resolve in a clean checkout or xcodebuild errors — so there is nothing left to create, and the example it copied from is gone. The step failed on `cp` with a missing source. The archive step still passes AMDL_PORTAL_HOST from the secret on the xcodebuild command line, which is what actually puts the host in the shipped build; that is unchanged. Config/Portal.xcconfig改成提交进仓库(基础配置引用必须在全新克隆里可解析,否则 xcodebuild 直接报错),同时删掉了.example。TestFlight 工作流里有一步在cp那个.example,于是失败。该步骤现在是多余的,删除。归档步骤从密钥注入AMDL_PORTAL_HOST的机制不变。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
