P2 Badge Update the template SDK version stamp too

When this package is packed and users scaffold a project with dotnet new, the generated global.json is stamped from DotNetSdkVersion in src/Build/Common/Version.props, which still declares 10.0.301, and src/ANcpLua.NET.Sdk.Templates.csproj substitutes that property into the template. This change updates only the repo-level SDK pin to 10.0.302, so the dependency update will not propagate to the templates this package ships.
