I’m holding this PR because the description explicitly identifies it as a partial implementation: transaction events are not yet connected to queue enqueueing, and the mandatory human/multisignature approval or wallet-freeze behavior for critical risk is still outstanding. Please complete or narrow the PR to the issue’s satisfied acceptance criteria before merge. |

Description
This PR introduces a BullMQ-backed risk analysis worker to support asynchronous transaction risk evaluation for autonomous agents.
The implementation extends the existing risk module to evaluate transaction behavior using historical baseline metrics, persist risk assessments through the existing risk service, and emit alerts when transactions exceed high-risk thresholds.
Changes Made
risk-analysis.worker.tsto process transaction evaluation jobs asynchronously using BullMQ.RiskServicefor risk assessment and persistence.RiskModule.Testing
Added unit tests in
risk-analysis.worker.spec.ts.Note: Tests have not yet been executed, and CI results are pending.
