Remove docs/superpowers/ from git tracking (already in .gitignore). Add oidc, saml, aad, aws, and vault extras to the optional extras table in docs/index.md - these were defined in pyproject.toml and documented in guides but missing from the landing page table.

Two small docs fixes:
Remove
docs/superpowers/from git tracking. This directory is already in.gitignore— a stray spec file had been committed before the ignore rule was added.Add missing extras to the optional extras table in
docs/index.md. Theoidc,saml,aad,aws, andvaultextras are defined inpyproject.tomland documented in their respective guides, but were missing from the landing page table.
