Suggestion: have a setting to automatically load previous plugins upon launch

A setting that can be toggled on to automatically reload all previous loaded plugins. This could be based on character that is being started, such that character X does not get all loaded plugins that were loaded on character Y.

Since it can be made off by default, I don't immediately see any downsides to this?

For reference: I'm talking about the plugins on RS3, not RuneLite plugins.
