infra/main.bicep — new pipelineSpOid param (defaults to ''); new keyVaultRes existing reference using the pre-computed keyVaultName variable; conditional Key Vault Secrets Officer role assignment scoped to it infra/main.parameters.staging.json — pipelineSpOid set to the SP OID from the error log infra/main.parameters.prod.json — same SP OID (assuming the same service connection is used for prod; change if prod uses a different SP)
