The required MCP audit fails on the existing ip-address dependency, blocking the source-only OpenShell and RRSI handoffs. Pin the compatible transitive versions ip-address@10.7.2 and fast-uri@3.1.8 so the moderate-severity audit passes without suppression.

Local Windows / Node 24 validation: npm ci --ignore-scripts, syntax checks, MCP tests (57 passed, one existing Windows skip), both packed-install checks, and npm audit --audit-level=moderate (zero vulnerabilities). Integration counts and whitespace checks also passed.

This is the separately scoped dependency remediation referenced by #436. The pre-existing generated repository-rename inventory is stale and remains a full-validation blocker pending its separately reviewed refresh. Hosted CI is tracked at the exact PR head; local package checks do not imply the entire repository is green. No package publish, runtime activation or deployment is included.
