Summary

Split out of #22 per your request. One change: Settings → Job search gets a "Blocked companies" list — a past or current employer, or one you never want to apply to again. Find jobs, the job agent and the Claude connector's search_jobs, save_job_scores, save_application and draft_application never show, score or draft a posting that names one of these as the company, or mentions it in the title or description, which also catches a staffing listing for a role placed there.

Filtered centrally in askSource() (src/lib/job-search/find.ts) and the job agent's search step, with a defense-in-depth check in the connector tools for postings reached by posting_id/posting_url/paste_id instead of a search, since a posting saved before it was blocked can still be reached that way.

Case-insensitive matching, up to 50 companies; see src/lib/job-search/blocklist.ts.

Test plan

• yarn typecheck, yarn lint, yarn test (full suite): 1691 passed, 0 failures.
• New tests: blocklist.test.ts, the job agent's "never scores or drafts a posting from a blocked company" test, and the Settings UI's block/unblock test.
