Add options for greater detail when using the Computer to view a channel's throughput.

Why it matters

Currently, the numbers are not precise (eg 1.8k vs 1,874), it'd be nice to have options for how exact youd like the figures to be. Alternatively, allow players to see the exact number when hovering over the shortened number in the GUI

Do you reckon moving to a full page like how the graph editor works would be a good idea? Keeping a similar style to that, modern screen style

I think so! A seperate screen could also allow you to show specific item throughputs. Unless I'm misunderstanding the current page, it seems like any items moving through 1 channel are lumped together.
