Hide the landing-page table of contents and preserve mobile section switching through the shared dropdown.
Uses the immutable helia-ui v0.1.0-alpha.25 release with regenerated, freshly installed lockfiles.
Validation: site type checks and production build passed against a released shared tag. Desktop/mobile rendering passed in light and dark themes, with no horizontal overflow; landing TOC and hamburger are absent and the section dropdown includes HELIA AI DEV Hub with an external-site arrow. Two independent reviews examined this diff alongside the shared change.
Closes #56.
Final validation: production build and type checks pass against alpha.25. Landing navigation verified on all ten sites in both light and dark themes at mobile and desktop widths.
