Virtual environment setup

1. create a virtual environment using python -m venv chatbot // chatbot is the name of my venv
2. activate the venv using the following command for powershell in windows .\chatbot\Scripts\activate.ps1
3. install langchain, ollama-langchain, ollama
4. create main.py
5. run main.py
