numfmt not available on macOS

numfmt is part of GNU coreutils and is available on Linux by default, but is not included in macOS, when I run ddev ucc and use the upsun_disk_helper I receive the following error:

numfmt: command not found

[bserem]

Do you have an alternative to propose? I can not debug a mac issue without a mac.

I'll prepare an MR and put it up for review. The issue was created more as a placeholder for me not to forget rather than pointing at you to fix :)
