[Feature] Hide the "TV-Store vX is out" banner #43

Feature Description
Since the re-cut 0.3.11 (#41, #42) the home page shows a notice when the signed catalog has a newer TV-Store: "TV-Store vX is out (this is vY). TV-Store cannot replace itself while it runs ... Update it from Apps2Samsung on a phone or PC." There is nothing to press on it, and it sits at the top of the Install page until the user updates from a head. Hide it: either a dismiss on the banner (remembered per catalog version, so it comes back for the next release) or no banner at all, with the newer version still visible on TV-Store's own row under On the TV and in its sheet.

Why Is This Feature Useful?
The banner cannot be acted on from the TV, so after the first look it is only in the way, and it pushes the catalog rows down on every start. The On the TV row and the sheet already carry the same message where it is needed.

Additional Context
Follow-up to #41. The banner is built in renderStore() in tizen-app/js/app.js next to the renamed-copy notice from 0.3.11; both go to the same place (Apps2Samsung, On the TV, Update), so whatever hides one should hide the other.
