Shipped in 0.3.12 (#48). The catalog now records what Tizen each package asks for (tizen-community-packages #170, Apps2Samsung #926), the store shows "Needs Tizen X" on builds this TV is too old for and lands on a build that fits, and the service refuses such a package before the push instead of letting the TV answer [118, -19]. The badges appear once the next community sync and catalog snapshot have run; the service-side check works from the package itself right away.
