Let every segment carry handlers and drop the space zone - #16

A space zone was a named segment that carried handlers and could not answer a method on its own path, so GET /account/organizations had no place to live. Handlers move to HOPSegment, the uri space becomes a named segment (the root is the empty path, a mounted space adds its name), and HOPSpaceZone stays as an empty deprecated subclass until the services stop creating it. asHOPSpaceZone answers the segment itself. The uri builder now walks through a mounted uri space instead of stopping at it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
