An index whose header is in a format no longer read is named, not fatal - #1336

A header page was written back in the version it was read in, so indexes from before 2024-07-29 (version 1) and 2025-10-14 (version 2) kept their old headers. Since 8532494 a header is read in today's format only: the level comes out as 0, and the check died on the first value it read from such an index, at rightAt: 1, leaving no report for the database at all. The check now reads the version of every header page it reaches first. One older than the latest is named as SoilOutdatedIndexHeader, with no repair, and its links, pages, size and values are left alone. The walk goes on.
