Summary

Refocus OpenZeus around one clear product: an OpenCode companion agent for inspecting, diagnosing, migrating, and designing OpenCode setups.

Product / architecture

• reduce the shipped skill set to five focused OpenCode skills
• remove unrelated/general-purpose and copied-integration skills
• remove generic bundled slash commands and project-bootstrap helpers
• add inspect, audit, and plan-only migrate --plan
• migrate OpenZeus-owned agent templates to current V2 permissions
• add a native OpenCode V2 Promise plugin using @opencode-ai/plugin/v2/promise
• register the packaged skills/ directory as a native skill source
• keep only a minimal install-agent bootstrap because current AgentDraft has no add()

Repository cleanup

• move architecture plan to docs/plans/
• keep continuity under docs/continuity/
• remove tracked .beads/ state and ignore it
• retire old copy-based sync/doctor/diff/upgrade/rollback machinery
• rewrite README, contributing, publishing, atlas, and agent docs around OpenZeus 2
• prepare breaking version 2.0.0

Safety

• no merge, tag, npm publish, or GitHub Release is performed by this PR
• migrate --apply intentionally refuses to mutate files until parser-backed backup/validation/rollback exists

Validation

Latest branch CI is green for the current plugin contract and includes:

• npm dependency install
• shell/CLI tests
• V2 plugin entrypoint test against the real plugin package
• asset validation
• isolated agent-bootstrap validation
• npm pack verification

Stable public baseline remains v1.2.0 until this PR is reviewed and merged.
