chore(release): prepare Windows and Linux v0.3.104 - #145

Package the merged security and customer-documentation changes as the next experimental prerelease. Synchronize package/lock metadata, customer download links, supported versions and release notes without changing the dependency graph or product behavior. Require patched DOMPurify, Electron42, Vite6 and Vitest4 and refresh the affected redirect/URI/address dependency families. Hosted npm10 regeneration, clean install, production tree validation and full/production audits pass with zero findings. Preserve all 78 native variants and guard every resolved security version. Prepare Windows/Linux v0.3.104 from current main, including merged customer docs/security changes and fixes for newly disclosed release blockers. Synchronize version records, current download links and changelog. Production audit initially blocked on critical DOMPurify; resolved using DOMPurify 3.4.17, Electron 42.11.18, Vite 6.4.5, Vitest/mocker 4.1.12, follow-redirects 1.16.2, fast-uri 3.1.9 and ip-address 10.7.5. Hosted run https://github.com/Azure/ConfigForge/actions/runs/40638120156 verified clean npm ci, runtime dependency tree and ZERO full/production audit findings. All 78 native variants preserved. All Node/npm execution remote; temporary generator excluded from this PR. Existing tests/builds/security gates remain enforced. After all checks pass, tag exact merged commit and publish verified unsigned experimental prerelease assets as explicitly requested.
