az vm install-patches --package-name-masks-to-include wrong Format: packageName_packageVersion.
if using packageName_packageVersion. command result is giving "notselected"
instead, extension accepts packageName=packageVersion

for example:
az vm install-patches -g RG-EastAsia -n RHEL9 --package-name-masks-to-include 'azure-cli=2.78.0-1.el9' --maximum-duration PT1H --reboot-setting IfRequired
