Description of Feature or Work Requested

Azure Application Gateway is a L7 load balancer. We have introduced a new feature that canroute requests based on HTTP request parameters like Headers, Query String, Path, Client IP, Method.

Swagger changes were made as part of Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#45844
Azure PS changes have been made as part of Azure/azure-powershell#30183

We need to make similar changes for Az CLI
