The update_deps scripts are superseded by the dependency propagation pipeline in Azure-MessagingStore (build/propagate_deps.yml), which runs its own copy under scripts/update_deps as the build service so the PRs are bot-authored. That copy is self-contained: it discovers the graph live and reads its own ignores.json, so nothing depends on this folder, including the known_graph.json raw URL. Delete update_deps and drop its section from the Copilot instructions. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
